- Pour a ladleful of the mung bean paste onto the skillet and spread it out evenly to form a round shape, similar to a pancake or crepe.
- Cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Serving:
- Once cooked, remove the protein flap bread from the skillet and serve hot.
- You can enjoy the protein flap bread plain or with your favorite toppings or fillings.
5. Storage:
